Yesterday and today, our household goods from two houses were packed and stowed into the container. It is now being transported by truck to Hamburg, where it will be loaded onto a container ship, the ‘EVER AEON’.

The freighter will set sail for Singapore at the end of December, where it is scheduled to arrive in the second week of February. From there, it will continue to Lyttelton, the port of Christchurch, where our belongings are expected to arrive – hopefully undamaged – at the end of February.
